A toner refresh is a great way to maintain your blonde or dark color in between touch up appointments or before an event. Toners range from level 1-10.
Adding a deep conditioning treatment will leave your hair feeling softer, longer. I allow time for the treatment to work its magic and fully absorb into the hair follicles.
